Ecommerce Manager

We're looking for an Ecommerce Manager to relaunch and drive a BtoC ecommerce activity! Foodie? Join a scale-up that's crushing it in BtoB and needs a real boost in BtoC (6 years old, 60 employees, 30M€ revenue)

Nathalie is recruiting an Ecommerce Manager, based in Brussels, on a permanent contract (60k€-70k€ + bonus + company car) 6 to 8 years of experience in ecommerce - Expertise in retail/ commercial animations & web marketing (acquisition, automation, social media).

✅ EXPECTED RESULTS :
Optimize product offerings on the Shopify site: range, pricing, in collaboration with procurement, supply chain, finance, and retail.
Pilot the P&L and ensure the profitability of the ecommerce BtoC activity.
Define and deploy a digital marketing strategy: SEO, SEA, automation (Klaviyo, 1M contacts), social media (300k TikTok followers!), commercial animations (offers, promotions,..).
Analyze sales; build dashboards for monitoring according to the KPIs set and ensure weekly and monthly activity reports.
Participate in the CODIR (6 people) with the founders & investors to drive the activity and find new performance/croissance relays.
Manage a team of 6 people (content, graphics, social media/, influence, commercial animation, automation marketing)

✅ PROFILES WANTED : Ecommerce expert with at least 6 years of experience, you have already managed and driven a DtoC/BtoC site that generated several M€ in revenue per year. In addition to mastering web marketing and ecommerce levers, you know the importance of a relevant product offer, at the right price, and you have already worked with procurement and retail services to ensure the success of your e-shop.

You are data-driven, you monitor your sales figures daily. Autonomous, resourceful, you enjoy challenges and teamwork. You join an enterprise with a start-up spirit, where each person contributes to the team's success. Your N+1 is the CEO, one of the co-founders of the company, and you will join the CODIR for this exciting ecommerce adventure.

The atmosphere is collaborative, enthusiasm is required. Results are rewarded (the bonus is uncapped). The position is based in the Brussels suburbs, with 4 days of on-site work per week. You have a company car (worth 12k/year). In Belgium, you get 4 weeks of vacation + public holidays (no RTT).
