Job Summary We are seeking a Creative Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven designer who can blend aesthetics with user-centered design principles to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall user experience on our eCommerce platform. Responsibilities Design and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion rates, including landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows. Analyze user behavior data (e.g., heatmaps, click-through rates, and conversion funnels) to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement design solutions that align with the Native Pet brand and aesthetic. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure design implementation is technically feasible and meets business goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and CRO best practices. Create visually appealing and effective designs for various digital assets, including website banners, email campaigns, and social media graphics. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Ensure all designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and browsers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in designing for eCommerce platforms, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and CRO methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Figma. Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experience with platforms like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to work with developers to implement designs. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience with data analysis and the ability to interpret user behavior data. A portfolio showcasing your design skills and CRO projects. Bonus Points Experience with Shopify.
