Are you a commercially-minded eCommerce professional ready to take ownership of a fast-growing digital channel? We're partnering with a high-performing lifestyle and fashion brand - currently experiencing strong growth both locally and internationally - to find their next eCommerce Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team where you’ll work across day-to-day site management, merchandising, trading, CRO and campaign execution across Shopify Plus. You’ll report into a Senior eCommerce Manager and collaborate with digital, creative and marketing to help elevate the onsite experience and drive sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage end-to-end trading on Shopify Plus sites across AU and international markets
Own onsite content updates, merchandising, collection curation and product visibility
Analyse performance data (GA4, Microsoft Clarity etc.) to optimise conversion and customer experience
Brief and QA assets from creative teams for campaigns, launches, and seasonal refreshes
Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and tech to deliver digital initiatives
Identify opportunities for A/B testing, UX improvements, and new site features

We’re Looking For:

2–4 years’ experience in an eCommerce role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or retail
Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Searchspring, or other CMS tools
Data-driven mindset with strong knowledge of GA4, Excel, and CRO techniques
Confident briefing creative teams and working cross-functionally
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for improving customer journeys
