Ecommerce Coordinator

Are you a commercially-minded eCommerce professional ready to take ownership of a fast-growing digital channel? We're partnering with a high-performing lifestyle and fashion brand - currently experiencing strong growth both locally and internationally - to find their next eCommerce Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team where you’ll work across day-to-day site management, merchandising, trading, CRO and campaign execution across Shopify Plus. You’ll report into a Senior eCommerce Manager and collaborate with digital, creative and marketing to help elevate the onsite experience and drive sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end trading on Shopify Plus sites across AU and international markets
• Own onsite content updates, merchandising, collection curation and product visibility
• Analyse performance data (GA4, Microsoft Clarity etc.) to optimise conversion and customer experience
• Brief and QA assets from creative teams for campaigns, launches, and seasonal refreshes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and tech to deliver digital initiatives
• Identify opportunities for A/B testing, UX improvements, and new site features

We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years’ experience in an eCommerce role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or retail
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Searchspring, or other CMS tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong knowledge of GA4, Excel, and CRO techniques
• Confident briefing creative teams and working cross-functionally
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for improving customer journeys
