Manager - Assistant Director (Pricing and Costing); [public healthcare cluster; South-West location] Our client is one of the three public healthcare clusters and an integrated Academic Health System and Regional Health System that delivers value-driven, innovative and sustainable healthcare in Singapore. Overview The Hospital is a tertiary hospital and major referral centre offering a comprehensive suite of specialist care for adults, women and children. The Finance department is made up of pricing and costing teams who are responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategies to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Hospital's financial performance and trends; • Providing expert advice on financial matters to senior management and other stakeholders; • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the Hospital's strategic objectives; • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including patients, families, staff, and external partners. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting or business administration; • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
