eBusiness Operations Specialist

What you’ll do: * Be a key member of the global eBusiness Operations team, with a focus on supporting the eBusiness platform. * Collaborate with the commercial, IT, and marketing teams to enhance the digital customer experience and drive revenue growth. * Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the eBusiness platform. * Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement. * Manage and prioritize platform enhancement requests. * Provide support for content updates, promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Develop and maintain documentation and training materials. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce. Who you are: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing. * Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with content management systems (CMS). * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. * Familiarity with web analytics tools. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: * Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud. * Experience in the life sciences industry. * Understanding of SEO principles.
