About the Role We’re excited to announce a rare opportunity to join our Leadership Team as Suite Leader, responsible for leading and managing our Early Years Suite. This is an exceptional chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. As Suite Leader, you will be expected to: • Lead and manage a team of Early Years Practitioners, ensuring high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children, including monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement. • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and involving them in decision-making processes. • Collaborate with other leaders and managers across the organisation to drive forward our vision and values. • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practice and policy developments in Early Years education, applying this knowledge to inform your work.
