Job description

To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 2-5 years. ● To ensure that the preschool nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others. ● To developing partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development. ● To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Deputy Nursery Manager/Nursery Manager ● To complete all academic aspects of the apprenticeship to provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors. ● To work with the nursery team to develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all children, including those with special educational needs. ● To contribute to the development of the nursery’s policies and procedures. ● To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children’s progress and development. ● To work with the nursery team to ensure that the nursery is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children, staff and visitors. ● To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Deputy Nursery Manager/Nursery Manager.
