Postition: Early Years Cultural Coordinator 1 Full Time Contract Vacancy until December 2027. The Early Years Cultural Coordinator (EYCC) will work with our agency partner, Northumberland County to support the planning, ongoing development and maintenance of culturally intelligent early years programing in early learning in EarlyON programming and licensed child care settings. This role is responsible for coordinating cultural activities, events and initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion. The EYCC will also provide training and support to early childhood educators on culturally responsive practices and strategies to enhance the overall quality of early years programs.
