Our Early Years BANK positions, working with children from 3 months - 4 years old are all year round, hours and days negotiable, Monday - Friday between the hours of 7.15am - 6.30pm, at any of our 4 Chelmsford area settings. (Beaulieu, Bicknacre and Danbury)

Job overview

The role of the Early Years Assistant/Practitioner is to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for all children and their parents or carers and to deliver the highest standards of welfare and education to all the children in Jesters care. As bank staff you will adapt to your role within each room and team and as each shift requires.

What do you have to achieve?

Assist and support the leadership/management team to deliver:

• High standards of care and education.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements.
