To support this commitment, Green Leaves has developed a unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) Programme to mentor our teachers in their professional development. We’re proud to offer support services and resources to help you grow as an educator. As an Early Childhood Teacher at Green Leaves, your role will be to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for children aged 3-5 years old. This includes developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners, building positive relationships with families, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
