Early Childhood Educator | Inclusion Support

Little Zak's Academy is privately owned and family run. Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment. We are seeking Inclusion Support Early Childhood Educators to join our established team, where we provide a comprehensive support system for children with diverse needs. As an Inclusion Support Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for supporting the inclusion of children with special needs in our early childhood education programs. This includes developing and implementing individualized plans, collaborating with teachers and other professionals, and providing emotional support to children and families. You will also contribute to the development of inclusive practices within our organization, ensuring that all children have equal opportunities to participate and thrive.
