Job Summary: As an EAM Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and adoption of Innovapptive’s solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and providing expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). * Design and configure Innovapptive’s EAM solutions to meet client needs. * Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on solution features and functionalities. * Provide expert guidance on best practices for EAM implementation and usage. * Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery. * Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and training materials. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in EAM technology. * Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients. * Travel to client sites as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in EAM consulting or implementation. * Strong understanding of EAM concepts and processes. * Experience with at least one major EAM system (e.g., SAP PM/MM, IBM Maximo, Oracle EAM). * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with mobile solutions is a plus. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. * Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is a plus.
