E-Trade Manager*

Our client is an international provider of household appliances with a wide range of innovative and sustainable products. We are looking for on behalf of, initially for a limited period until 01.11.2026, for a parental leave replacement, starting at 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Development, management, and analysis of marketing measures and promotions for the digital POS of e-commerce platforms of a trade partner, as well as active involvement in sales management
• Planning, implementation, and management of brand sales campaigns in close cooperation with internal interfaces
• Further development of the product data and content strategy in accordance with the brand and product strategy
• Data collection, analysis, reporting for continuous optimization of e-trade activities
• Responsibility for Content Excellence
• Monitoring and process optimization of ratings & reviews on TP websites
• Close collaboration with Brand and Product Marketing as well as Sales
• Competitor monitoring and analysis on the online platforms of retail partners
• Development of control measures
• Participation in general projects in the e-trade area
• Responsibility for the creation and coordination of photo samples for optimal presentation of items on the trade partner's platform
• Independent processing of customer inquiries and complaints in close coordination with product marketing – with the aim of finding customer-oriented and solution-oriented answers

Qualifications

• Experience with digital media, e-commerce and/or online shops, as well as online marketing
• Knowledge of the e-commerce market (B2C), the most important trading platforms, and market mechanisms
• Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing, as well as expertise in common MS Office applications
• Experience from an agency environment and performance-oriented online marketing tools are desirable
• Strong analytical skills, organizational talent, and team spirit
