We are looking for a Senior E-Mail- & WhatsApp-Marketing-Manager (w/m/d), who will help us grow e-commerce brands long-term.

Aufgaben

Strategie & Analyse

• Analyse and Optimization of E-Mail- & WhatsApp-Daten
• Development of Retention-Strategien für E-Commerce Brands
• Reporting & Derivation of concrete action recommendations

Operative Umsetzung

• Setup, Optimization, and Scaling of Retention Flows & Funnels
• Newsletter-Konzeption: Texts, Structure & Performance-Optimization
• WhatsApp-Flows & Automationen develop and improve

Kunden & Team

• Strategic customer meetings & long-term customer binding
• Close cooperation in the team (team- & customer meetings)
• Active support in Mit- und Weiterentwickeln des Teams

Qualifikation

Agiles Arbeiten. You live for e-commerce marketing. You work proactively, efficiently, and solution-oriented.

Erfahrung. At least 3 years of experience as an Online-Marketing-Manager in the field of E-Mail- und WhatsApp-Marketing.

Marketingagentur. You know what it means to work in an agency and adapt to its fast pace.

Software. You have extensive experience using Klaviyo, ChatArmin, and common marketing tools.

AI. You bring openness to KI-gestützte Workflows.

Sprachen. Excellent German language skills (C2). A plus are English language skills (B2).

Wertschätzende Kommunikation. Clear and empathetic communication is your standard – internally as well as externally.

Team-Player Mindset. You love supporting our e-commerce customers with your work and working in the team.

Proaktiv strukturiert. Organisation and structuring of analyses, customers, and meetings are your standard.

Arbeitszeit. You can work at least 20 hours a week. More is welcome.
