E-Mail Marketing & Marketing Automation Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Planning and implementation of email campaigns and marketing automation along the customer lifecycle (lead to loyal customer)
• Conceptualization of automated journeys including segmentation, personalization, and workflow design
• KPI monitoring, reporting, and A/B testing with derivation of concrete optimizations
• Maintenance and further development of the automation setup (templates, forms, landing pages)
• Support for scoring approaches and analytical CRM (e.g. target group/behavioral signals)
• Coordination with product marketing, sales/CRM, and external service providers, including international
• Ensuring DSGVO-compliant processes in campaigns and data handling
• Support for additional digital marketing measures as needed

Qualification

• Experience in email marketing/marketing automation (tool-based, hands-on)
• Routine in KPI analysis, reporting, and test setups (A/B)
• Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS, templates, and interfaces/integrations
• Structured, self-responsible work style and strong coordination skills
• Very good German and English
