We are looking for an E-Mail Marketing Manager*in, who is ready to start in a rapidly growing e-commerce environment and willing to learn faster than anywhere else.

What you'll be doing at Haferlöwe

You'll step into an existing e-mail setup that historically focused on one product and now needs to be rethought for multiple new products. You'll learn how a modern CRM system works, bring in your own ideas, and develop yourself step by step into strategic responsibility.

Tasks

• You analyze existing e-mail flows and bring in your own ideas for further development.
• You support the restructuring of flows and automations to a multi-product logic along product interest, purchase history, and customer lifecycle.
• You plan and steer campaigns and newsletters closely with Brand and Performance.
• You work on developing segmentations for more relevant and personalized communication.
• You learn how to actively manage deliverability, list health, and sender reputation.
• You discover how AI-supported processes make campaign development, copy, and personalization more efficient.
• You build an understanding of reporting and learn to derive concrete measures from KPIs.
• You work closely with Performance, BI, and other internal stakeholders.

Qualification

• You have first-hand experience in e-mail marketing or a comparable digital environment and know the basic principles of campaigns and automations.
• You have first contact with Klaviyo or a similar tool and understand how flows and templates generally work.
• You have a good language feeling and can either write yourself or accompany creative implementation closely.
• You think in customer journeys and are interested in how e-mail works as a sales and retention channel.
• You work structured, take responsibility, and are curious enough to tackle things even when not everything is perfect yet.
• You have interest in AI tools and are open to trying out new working methods and establishing them.
• Ideal would be having first experiences in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
