Instead, you contribute significantly to our clients setting new records, pushing boundaries, and exceeding their own expectations.

Tasks

Are you up for dusty Asana boards, chaotic Excel lists, and endless calls where nobody knows who's doing what afterwards?

We aren't either.

What you'll do instead:

• You'll keep an eye on all projects, brief our design team, and ensure every email goes out on time.

• You'll write copy that hits the mark and sells.

• You'll build campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo, and also manage WhatsApp and print mailings.

• You'll work with modern AI systems that handle the grunt work for you.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• You have been working intensively with Klaviyo for at least 1 year and have personally built campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.

• You already have copywriting experience and write texts that sell.

• You work in a structured way, think analytically, and can keep an overview even with many projects simultaneously.

• Fluent German in spoken and written form is essential.

• Ideally, you have experience in e-commerce or from an agency.
