With us, you work not on an assembly line. It's not about ticking off tickets so the next email goes out, regardless of its performance.

Instead, you contribute significantly to our clients setting new records, pushing boundaries, and exceeding their own expectations.

And not for just any shops, but for brands you really know: mymuesli, Pammys, zeroLabs, Supernaturals, FAVLY, and many more.

Tasks

Are you up for dusty Asana boards, chaotic Excel lists, and endless calls after which no one knows who does what?

We aren't either.

What you will do instead:

• You keep track of all projects, brief our design team, and ensure that every email goes out on time.

• You write copy that hits the mark and sells.

• You build campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo and also manage WhatsApp and print mailings.

• You work with modern AI systems that take over the tedious work for you.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• You have been working intensively with Klaviyo for at least 1 year and have built campaigns, flows, and pop-ups yourself.

• You already have copywriting experience and write texts that sell.

• You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and can keep an overview even with many projects simultaneously.

• Fluent German in speaking and writing is essential.

• Ideally, you bring experience in e-commerce or from an agency.
