In the framework of the Temporary Work Agency with a subsequent takeover option we are looking for a E-Mail-Marketing & Communications Manager (m/w/d), who is eager to develop and operate the email channel strategically and operationally, and make a real impact. 💡

Aufgaben

• Planning, creation, and control of targeted email campaigns for various target groups

• Creation of editorial content – from click-stimulating texts to graphic elements and HTML layouts

• Ongoing optimization of performance, relevance, user experience, and automation

• Responsibility for quality and release processes, as well as timely campaign deployment

• Analyzing relevant KPIs such as open rates, clicks, and conversions

• A/B testing and data-based optimization for continuous improvement

• Development and implementation of automation solutions, including ongoing support

• Further development of internal production processes and smarter workflows

• Closely working together with internal and external interfaces in the modern Newsroom model

Qualifikation

• 🎓 A completed degree or comparable qualification
• 📧 Experience in E-Mail- or Digital Marketing, ideally in the B2B field
• 🛠️ Secure handling of E-Mail- and Automation Tools as well as experience in conception, content, and segmentation
• ✍️ A good sense for target-group-oriented texts and digital communication
• 🌍 Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• 🎨 Basic knowledge of Grafik and HTML is a plus
• 📊 Experience with relevant tools like E-Mail Systems, Web Analytics, and MS Office
• 🤝 Communication skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm to actively shape things
• 📋 A structured work style and motivation to continuously improve processes and results
