E-Mail Designer with Text Competence (m/f/d)

We send 250 million newsletters a year. That's 8 emails per second for more than 150 online shops, and everything of that was designed by someone, and that's exactly why we're looking for you!

A little about us: We are Rügamer & Steiner from Düsseldorf, over 35 people, and we do email marketing for e-commerce brands. We are looking for someone who designs newsletters for us and also thinks about the text.

Tasks

Your tasks will be ready in the morning. One shop needs a sale newsletter, the next introduces a new category. You read into the briefing, think about the structure, pull the blocks from our Figma design system, and adapt the graphics and texts, partly with AI. Then the newsletter goes to the customer for approval and is sent out.

You will manage 30 to 40 brands. Each looks different, and you decide how.

Qualification

• High commitment: With us, we give 100% effort, 100% on-site with the team in Düsseldorf.
• Eye for aesthetics: You have an eye for what looks good and are comfortable with a copy tool.
• Extremely quick comprehension: You learn new tools in days.
• Ambition and self-motivation: You accept feedback and get better every week.
• You use AI tools as a matter of course.
• You work well and fast. You build texts that sell and designs that convince.
• You want to take responsibility for the whole thing, not just your part of it.

Figma, newsletter or design training? Not a must.

Eye, speed, and attitude decide. We will teach you the rest.
