E-Invoicing Specialist (all genders) - 100% Homeoffice

Your Mission:

You are the central point of contact for everything related to e-invoices. You love sharing your knowledge, driving the topic forward, and appearing as a Thought Leader both internally and externally.

Tasks

• Fachliche Expertise: You are the point of contact for all questions regarding e-invoicing, stay up-to-date, and support our team and customers in the transition process.
• Crossfunktionaler Support: You help with complex customer inquiries on the topic of e-Invoicing and Peppol, offer internal and external webinars, and continuously train our team to ensure knowledge transfer. You are also involved in development, defining or testing requirements, and actively testing new functionalities in this area.
• Marketing-Unterstützung: You present the topic of e-invoices actively on LinkedIn & Co., hold updates, share insights, and strengthen the visibility of GetMyInvoices.
• Netzwerkprofi: You know the relevant networks and stakeholders (e.g. Peppol) and use them to recognize trends and changes early.
• Proaktive Begleitung: You are informed when customers switch to e-invoicing, and actively support the process.

Qualification

• Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich E-Rechnung und digitale Rechnungsverarbeitung
• Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und Schulung/Präsentation
• Social-Media-Affinität, besonders für Business-Plattformen wie LinkedIn
• Netzwerk in relevanten E-Rechnungs-Kreisen von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsstark, proaktiv, lösungsorientiert
