E-Commerce and Marketing Manager*in (m/w/d)

35 - 40 hours per week in Cologne – starting immediately

Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Coordination and operational implementation of all activities in the online shop (Shopify)
• You are responsible for maintaining product, content, and inventory data
• Operational management of stock levels
• Creation of weekly reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Competitor observation and trend analysis
• Support in planning and conceptualizing our email marketing activities (Klaviyo)
• Influencer marketing (cooperation management, research, communication, budget planning and negotiation, briefing creation, reporting)
• Coordination of influencer projects (e.g. advent calendar)
• Planning and implementation of influencer seedings
• Planning and creation of social ads
• Shooting planning and accompaniment (product planning, planning and quality control of content for the online shop)
• Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, actions, and product launches

Qualification

Your Profile:

• SUCCESSFULLY completed commercial training and/or studies
• Experience with Shopify and/or Klaviyo is advantageous but not a must
• You possess very good English or German language skills in writing and speaking
• Fast comprehension, team ability, organizational talent
• You work structured, conscientious, and meticulous
