We design our jewelry ourselves, engrave by hand in Cologne, and grow continuously.
Our E-Commerce is the heart of our company – and exactly here we need your support.

Aufgaben

Your tasks (depending on experience & working hours)

E-Commerce & Shop Support

• Maintenance and updating of our online shop in Shopify (products, texts, images, collections)

• Support for product launches, actions & campaigns

• Control of product presentations, prices & availability

Content & Marketing Support

• Support for newsletters, landing pages & shop contents

• Participation in preparing campaigns (e.g. sales, drops, special events)

• Closely working with marketing & operations

Analyse & Optimierung

• Support for evaluations (shop performance, products, campaigns)

• Thinking ahead of optimizations of the customer journey

• Testing & quality assurance in the shop

Operative Support

• Support for everyday topics in online business

Qualification

You bring with you

• You are enrolled or have about 15-20 hours per week available

• Interest in E-Commerce, online shops & digital processes

• Structured, reliable working style

• Desire to take responsibility and learn

• Safe handling of German, English is an advantage

• First experience in E-Commerce, marketing or online business

• Preferrably first experience with Shopify (no mandatory requirement)
