E-commerce Specialist

LHH For a client company, an international reality based in Province of Bari for several years, we are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to strengthen the e-commerce structure. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for: - Managing and developing the e-commerce activity applying commercial policy; - Defining and implementing the commercial animation plan and marketing; - Managing relationships with commercial partners (marketplaces, transporters, etc.); - Realizing commercial reporting; - Managing customer calls (product information, order processing, post-sales assistance); - Monitoring prices; - Animating the website: - Managing product catalog (updating product descriptions and integrating new references); - Ensuring minimum stock levels. - Animating social networks with agencies; - Contributing to improving the site's positioning on search engines; - Animating and managing marketing campaigns (Google Adwords, Display, Facebook Ads); - Analyzing visits to sales sites using control tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Profile - A certain mastery of written and spoken English; - Particular interest in the e-commerce sector; - Ability to analyze data and commercial indicators; - Sense of customer relationship; - Spirit of conquest and keen taste for challenges; - Propensity for teamwork, project management, and communication; - Commercial and technical attitude; - Proactivity, methodicalness, precision, autonomy, adaptability, and versatility.
