E-commerce Specialist (Amazon Focus)
Job description
Role: Ecommerce Specialist (Amazon Focus) Hours: 8am - 4pm Eastern Standard Time Hourly Wage: $6 - $10 (negotiable based on experience) We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Ecommerce Specialist with deep expertise in Amazon operations. This role is perfect for someone who understands the ins and outs of Amazon Seller Central and can confidently manage backend operations, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the strategic growth of ecommerce sales. Listed below are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role: • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment. • Analyze and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion. • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce returns. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement. • Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize errors. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and issues. • Work closely with the ecommerce team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Amazon account managers and other internal teams. • Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, preferably with Amazon Seller Central. • Strong understanding of Amazon policies, procedures, and best practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1-2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus. • Certification in Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
