E-Commerce & Shop Manager (m/w/d)

35 - 40 hours per week in Cologne – immediately full-time / part-time

Tasks

Your tasks – focus on operational excellence

• Shopify Management: You are responsible for coordinating and operating all activities in our online shop.
• Landing Page Building: You design and build standalone landing pages directly in Shopify or with corresponding page-builder tools.
• Data & Content: You are responsible for the complete inventory, content, and product data maintenance.
• Inventories Management: You take over the operational management of inventories.
• Reporting & Analysis: Creation of weekly reports and ad-hoc analyses to monitor shop performance.
• Crm & Campaigns: Support in planning and conceptualizing our email marketing activities in Klaviyo, as well as product launches and actions.
• Quality Control: You ensure the quality of content for the online shop.
• E-Comm Content Shooting: Support in planning and conducting e-commerce content shootings.
• On-Site Support: Operational support and assistance with tasks at our office on site.

Qualification

Your profile

• Educational Background: Successfully completed vocational training and/or studies.
• Landing Page/Shop Expertise: You have experience building landing pages and a very good sense for aesthetics and digital processes.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a prerequisite; experience with Klaviyo is an advantage.
• Executive Work Style: You work extremely structured, conscientious, and meticulous.
• Languages: You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
