E-Commerce & Retention Marketing Manager

Aufgaben

Your role:

You'll take over our E-Commerce and Retention area at our company. We manage several customer's email marketing via Klaviyo and build Shopify shops, and exactly this area should be led and developed by you independently. You ensure that contacts turn into customers and customers become loyal ones.

Your tasks:

• BUILD AND MANAGE KLAVIYO RETENTION SETUPS: Welcome-, Abandon-, Checkout-, Post-Purchase- and Win-Back-Flows
• PLAN, WRITE, DESIGN AND SEND CAMPAIGNS AND NEWSLETTERS
• SSEGMENT LISTS, RUN A/B TESTS, REPORTING AND KPI ANALYSIS (OPENING, CLICK AND CONVERSION RATE, REVENUE SHARE FROM RETENTION)
• BUILD E-MAIL TEMPLATES AND ADAPT THEM TO THE RESPECTIVE BRAND
• SET UP AND MANAGE SHOPFY SHOPS: THEME CONFIGURATION, PRODUCTS, COLLECTIONS AND CONVERSION-OPTIMIZED PRODUCT PAGES
• Maintain PRODUCT DATA AND FEEDS AND KEEP AN EYE ON INTERFACES
• FUNDAMENTAL E-COMMERCE SEO
• SUPPORT MARKETPLACES (AMAZON, TIKTOK SHOP) IN THE FUTURE
• WORK DIRECTLY WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND PRESENT RESULTS

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Media or comparable (alternatively a comprehensive relevant qualification)
• Ideal candidate with first work experience (about 1 to 3 years) in E-Commerce, Email or Retention Marketing, preferably from an agency or marketing environment
• PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH KLAVIYO (OR A COMPARABLE TOOL LIKE BREVO OR MAILCHIMP, KLAVIYO PREFERRED)
• EXPERIENCE WITH SHOPFY AND GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF E-COMMERCE FUNNELS AND KPIs
• PASSION FOR TEXTS AND DESIGN: YOU WRITE CONVINCING GERMAN E-MAIL COPY
• DATA-DRIVEN WORK: YOU DECIDE BASED ON NUMBERS, NOT FROM THE GUT (THAT'S OUR CORE)
• You have a desire to build something up and move forward, think entrepreneurially with, take responsibility and go the extra mile when necessary. That's what we recognize and reward.
• German on a native speaker level, good English and familiar with marketing terminology

• SITECORE LIQUID AS WELL AS SOME HTML AND CSS FOR TEMPLATES
• E-COMMERCE SEO
• FUNDAMENTALS IN META AND GOOGLE ADS
• n8n OR OTHER AUTOMATION
• EXPERIENCE WITH MARKETPLACES (AMAZON, TIKTOK SHOP)
