Aufgaben

• E-Commerce- und Migrationsprojekte: Your focus lies in taking over customer projects in the area of shop migration across all project phases – from the first requirement analysis, through go-live, to maintenance of the shops.
• Projektmanagement und Koordination: As Project Owner, you create detailed project plans, steer and coordinate operational teams for the implementation of projects (design and development) and ensure the quality of the work results.
• Stakeholdermanagement: As a point of contact, you engage in close and regular consultations with your customers, clarify requirements, and maintain realistic expectations through recurring reports.
• Prozessoptimierung: You ensure compliance with standards and question the status quo at the same time to continuously optimize processes.

Qualifikation

IT'S A MATCH, SOFERN DU...

• have at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation projects – ideally in software implementations – or have led similar change projects.
• hold a completed degree in business administration, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field; practical experience is more important to us than a master's degree.
• have already worked in an agile work environment, are familiar with the methods, and ideally have gained some experience in leading project teams.
• are proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, MS Project) and use them to efficiently set up and optimize processes.
• bring a structured and organized work approach and consider project and stakeholder management among your strengths.
• enjoy working at interfaces, resourcefully allocate resources from different teams, and steer – and act hands-on.
• have a passion for self-responsibility, appear confident in customer contact, and are resilient and solution-oriented even when things don't go according to plan.

No Shopify expert yet, but fit in transformation projects? Perfect – we'll develop you into a Shopify expert. What's decisive is your passion for e-commerce and migration projects.
