E-Commerce & Pricing Manager (m/w/d) - Fenstermaxx24

The ecowindow Group was founded in 2022 with a clear vision: We are digitizing the market for windows and building elements through technological precision and excellent user guidance. With our daughter brand fenstermaxx24, we have laid the foundation here in e-commerce – now we are looking for a strategic head who will not only manage but massively scale our operational business.

As E-Commerce & Pricing Manager (m/w/d), you will support us in continuously optimizing our shop. You maintain and develop our pricing strategy, analyze competitors, optimize product pages and categories, and keep important key figures such as conversion and margin in mind. You will work closely with procurement, marketing, and management together and bring your own ideas for improving our shop.

Aufgaben

• Pricing & Sortimentspflege: You monitor the competition, maintain prices, and support the further development of our product range and product configurator.
• Shop-Optimierung: You improve product pages, categories, and the configurator and bring ideas for increasing conversion and user friendliness into play.
• Datenanalyse & Reporting: You analyze key figures such as conversion, shopping cart value, and margins and derive optimization potential from them.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing: You support in optimizing campaigns through data-based evaluations and identify opportunities to increase the shop's performance.
• Prozessoptimierung: You work on developing the processes between online shop, ERP system, and internal processes with.
• Eigene Projekte: You take responsibility for your own optimization projects and work closely with procurement, marketing, and management together.

Qualifikation

• Experience in e-commerce, preferably with complex products or in the building materials industry
• Safe handling of WooCommerce, ideally also with Plenty and Billbee, as well as experience with web analytics tools
• Outstanding numerical understanding and the ability to analyze key figures and derive optimization potential from them
• Self-motivated, structured, and result-oriented working style, as well as enthusiasm for taking responsibility for your own projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage
