E-Commerce Operations Manager (Amazon)

Tasks

YOUR MISSION:

You will be responsible for Amazon Account Management as an existing core revenue channel and ensure that it performs sustainably, is further optimized, and reaches its full potential. Simultaneously, you will take over the management and further development of our supply chain with a focus on Asia – order quantity planning, ensuring product availability, and maintaining supplier relationships will become your new forte.

You will work independently, make data-driven decisions, and manage processes and external partners with high ownership. Your time will be divided approximately as follows: 50% Amazon / 50% Supply Chain.

• Management of the Amazon channel: Performance analysis via Sellerboard & SellerCentral

• Operational Account Management: Listing creation & optimization, Case Management, Review Management, Flat Files, etc.

• Responsibility for the Supply Chain: Maintaining and expanding supplier relationships, daily communication, management of large orders

• Order Planning & Forecasting to ensure product availability

• Collaboration with our logistics partners for warehouse management, customs clearance, goods receiving & dispatches to Amazon

• Support in the development of new products

Qualification

HARD SKILLS

• Practical experience in FBA/FBM

• Proficient in using Amazon SellerCentral

• Experience with Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard is an advantage

• Experience with international purchasing & logistics / supply chain in e-commerce is an advantage

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or Business Administration (WiWi) is an advantage

• Understanding of e-commerce (Amazon FBA & webshop systems) and economic interrelationships, as well as branding & social media

• Graphic design experience and proficiency with tools like Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Express is optional

• German language skills: Fluent, English language skills: Fluent
