Deine Aufgaben

* Independent planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media)
* Management and expansion of affiliate networks and cooperations
* Responsibility for our social media channels and influencer cooperations
* Ongoing analysis and optimization of marketing measures, based on relevant KPIs
* Collaboration with external agencies and partners

Du bringst mit

* Completed education and several years of professional experience in the field of E-Commerce or Online Marketing
* Knowledge of video and image editing, as well as experience working with content management systems (ideally Contao) and common analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
* Analytical thinking and a high affinity to digital technologies and technology
* Ideally experience in the hotel industry or a related field
* Very good German and English language skills, additional language skills are an asset
* Creativity, teamwork, and a structured, independent work style
* Willingness for occasional business trips
