Job description
We are looking for an engaged and reliable part-time employee (m/w/d) to support the team in the areas of customer service, e-commerce, website maintenance, and supplier management.
Tasks
Your tasks
- Customer care and customer service via email and phone
- Processing of customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintenance and updating of the website and online shop
- Creation and sending of newsletters
- Care and maintenance of supplier and business customer contacts
- Analysis of sales, customer, and marketing data
- General administrative tasks in e-commerce
