The company is a strongly growing hidden champion in the area of Performance-Sport-Equipment & Lifestyle with its headquarters in Münster. What started as a passionate project by the founder has today developed into one of the leading D2C-brands in a global fitness niche.

Aufgaben

• Conversion-Hebel: You optimize our Shopify-store (4 languages, 20 currencies) with the goal of increasing the conversion rate from 1.8% to over 2.0%.
• Testing-Routine: You plan, implement, and analyze continuous A/B-tests (tool: AB Lift) and make testing a fixed part of our DNA.
• Store-Operations: You are responsible for the smooth backend management, from international product launches to the maintenance of complex data feeds.
• Schnittstelle & Steuerung: You are the technical instance for our external developers and SEO freelancers – you brief precisely and ensure the quality of the results.
• Performance-Sparring: You work closely with the marketing team and CEO to ensure that our massive traffic meets a high-end UX.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You bring 2.5 to 5 years of experience in E-Commerce, ideally from a growth-oriented D2C-environment (8-figure range).
• Tech-Stack: You master Shopify in your sleep. Experience with A/B-testing tools and project management in Asana are standard for you.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented in the backend, analytical in thinking, and proactive in implementation.
• Persönlichkeit: You look for errors before they become a problem. You work autonomously, think entrepreneurially, and want to own things really.
