As a work student*in in the field of E-Commerce Management, you will support our team in maintaining and optimizing our online shop, preparing marketing campaigns, and working on exciting projects around conversion & UX optimization as well as shop performance.

At Inkster, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, gain practical experience, and develop yourself further in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies.

Aufgaben

• Gestaltung, Pflege & Optimierung von Produktseiten & Landingpages
• Instandhaltung & Pflege von Shop-Apps und Tools
• Vorbereitung von Sales und saisonalen Kampagnen innerhalb des Online-Shops
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Angebote & Features im Online-Shop
• Analyse von Nutzerverhalten und Shop-Performance
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von A/B Tests
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Marketing, Content und Operations

Qualifikation

• You are studying in the field of (Online-)Marketing, BWL, E-Commerce, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä., or you convince us that you don't need it
• A structured, independent working style and high learning readiness characterize you
• You are technically skilled and think analytically – basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage, otherwise the right use of KI
• Affinity to digital trends and E-Commerce
• Interest in topics like online marketing, SEO, and web analysis
• First experiences with Shopify or other shop systems are a plus, but not necessary
• Safety, reliability, and a hands-on mentality are among your strengths
• You work well in a team and have a desire to take responsibility
