E-Commerce Manager:in (m/w/d) for Inclusion Company

We are an inclusion company that offers people with disabilities fair employment opportunities and at the same time establishes innovative products and services on the market. As part of our strategic further development, we are building out our online sales channels and are looking for a dedicated person to join our team.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Further development of online sales channels and setting up an appropriate online marketing

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies for digital channels

• Setting up and maintaining online shop systems and e-commerce platforms

• Content creation for website, social media, and online marketing

• Analysis of sales figures and continuous optimization of the online presence

• Development and implementation of strategies for customer retention and upselling

• Communication of our values as an inclusion company to the outside world

• Selection, guidance, and control of service providers for SEO/SEA measures

• Ensuring goal achievement through continuous monitoring of measures

• Collaboration with external service providers and agencies

Qualification

Your profile

• Completed studies or training in the field of marketing, communication, business administration, or comparable qualification

• First professional experience in online marketing and/or e-commerce

• In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, SEO/SEA, and content management systems

• Experience with online shop systems (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware) an advantage

• Affinity for digital trends and innovative sales routes

• Identification with the values of an inclusion company

• Self-motivated, structured work style, and team player

• Creativity, communication strength, and hands-on mentality
