you will be part of this vision from day one and ensure a positive customer journey in our online shop. You know shop systems, bring technical know-how and creative ideas and are happy when the conversion curve goes up?

Tasks

WHAT YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR

You actively design and develop our online shop: You maintain and optimize our online shops together with 2 colleagues, improve user guidance, implement SEO measures and ensure strong conversion rates with convincing product pages.

• You bring new ideas directly to the site: You implement features, integrations and plug-ins, optimize payment and shipping processes and ensure a smooth customer journey throughout the entire purchasing process.
• You work data-based and with a view to the whole: You analyze relevant KPIs, derive measures from them, observe the market and competition and continuously develop our shop.
• You take on operational responsibility, with strategic understanding: In addition to day-to-day business, you keep an eye on priorities, connections and long-term effects and help to structure the further development of our shops clearly and to prioritize them sensibly.
• You ensure a functioning overall flow: You keep legal requirements in view, take care of technical interfaces (e.g. to logistics and customer support) and ensure that all processes in the shop interact reliably.

Qualification

WHAT YOU CAN SCORE WITH

E-commerce is your home: You have experience in online trading, ideally in a B2C or strongly shop-driven business model in e-commerce in the field of renewable energies or you are keen to work your way into this industry.

• You understand online shops holistically: From shop maintenance to conversion optimization, usability, content and SEO to analysis and data-based decisions, you know the central adjustment screws.
• You can set priorities: You structure topics, transfer them into meaningful roadmaps and keep your bearings even with changing requirements.
• You want to shape, not just implement: You bring in your own ideas, like to discuss them in the team and have the ambition to get the maximum out of our shop together.
• You work self-organized and responsibly: You bring structure to processes, take responsibility in day-to-day operations and at the same time understand the strategic connections in the background.
