E-Commerce Manager:

As E-Commerce Manager: at HOLZRICHTER Berlin, you develop and optimize our webshop as well as central e-commerce processes. You analyze potential along the customer journey, improve data quality, user experience, and marketplace performance, and set data-based measures for conversion optimization in place. Together with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Development, you ensure that our systems, processes, and product data function efficiently, scalably, and customer-oriented - and thus directly contribute to the sustainable growth of HOLZRICHTER Berlin.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the further development and optimization of our webshop as well as user experience
• Ensuring high-quality, complete, and consistent product data across all channels
• Caring for and optimizing our marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Zalando, About You) as well as product feeds for Google & Meta
• Planning, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests, audits, and data-based optimization measures
• Steering and prioritizing UX/UI improvements in collaboration with Development, Art Direction, and Marketing
• Proactive further development of e-commerce processes with a focus on efficiency, data quality, and conversion

Qualifikation

• Professional experience in e-commerce, online retail or digital product management
• Understanding of webshop processes, user experience, and conversion optimization
• Structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented working style
• Experience with shop, feed, or marketplace systems (e.g. Shopware, Amazon, Google Merchant Center, Meta)
• High-quality awareness for product data, content, and digital customer journeys
• Communication strength as well as joy in interdisciplinary collaboration and process optimization
