Aufgaben

Your Role:

This is not a classical management position. Your focus lies on operational work in our online shops, tools, interfaces and marketplaces. You analyze performance, identify optimization potential and set improvements independently. We give you a lot of space because we are convinced that the best results emerge when people take responsibility.

Your Tasks:

Shop Ownership & Performance-Optimization

• Operative responsibility for our Shopify shops (Frontend + Backend)
• Optimization of Shopify stores regarding CVR, AOV, funnel quality and customer journey
• Migration of further shops from WooCommerce to Shopify
• Development and testing of landing pages, launch funnels and A/B experiments
• Drawing data-based measures for performance improvement
• Monitoring/Reporting central e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV, CAC, CLV) with GA4 and Shopify Analytics
• Interpretation of performance data with drawing concrete measures and preparation of decision-making templates

Support in Marketplace Management

• Support in Amazon listing management and performance optimization
• Process- and tool-optimization for efficient marketplace operations

Tools, Interfaces & Processes

• Ensuring functioning data flows between shop, inventory and marketing tools
• Research, selection, installation and configuration of tools & apps
• Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues (possibly with external support)
• Documented processes and workflows

Qualification

Your Profile – Hard Skills:

• 2-3 years e-commerce experience in D2C/B2C sector
• Safe handling of GA4 and Shopify Analytics
• Very good Shopify knowledge
• SEO/GEO basic knowledge
• Good technical understanding for tools, interfaces and data flows
• German on a native level, conversational English

• Communication strength in dealing with internal and external stakeholders

In addition, we're happy if you bring:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Java/Liquid
• Experiences in CRM and newsletter marketing and/or performance marketing

Important at the end

This job is not for you if you prefer to coordinate instead of implementing or waiting for detailed briefings. It's perfect if you solve problems independently, take responsibility willingly and have a desire to shape e-commerce.
