Our goal is to offer sustainable, high-quality products while simultaneously raising awareness about the diverse benefits of hemp.

You are an Allrounder in E-Commerce and want to build the best cannabis brand in Germany with us? Then start with us — we're looking for someone who doesn't just play channels, but really digs deep.

Aufgaben

• You develop our Shopify Onlineshops systematically further – with a focus on performance, conversion and user experience.
• You build our SEO Strategy structured: content architecture, technical foundations, organic growth.
• You plan and optimize Performance-Marketing Campaigns on Meta and Google Ads – creatively, brand-related and with a clear focus on ROAS and scalability.
• You plan and optimize E-Mail Marketing in Klaviyo – segmented, measurable and with real added value for our customers.
• You steer cross-channel online marketing measures data-driven and simultaneously creatively, keeping budgets and KPIs in mind.
• You work closely with Marketing, Design and Product Development together to think about growth holistically.

Qualifikation

• Experience in E-Commerce with Shopify, Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Safe handling of Klaviyo, SEO topics and online marketing channels, possibly also Amazon Seller Central,
• A sense for brand building, storytelling and customer experiences as well as a high quality standard for your own work
• Analytical thinking, hands-on mentality and the ability to make complex topics simple
• Passion for sustainable growth and the desire to build something meaningful
