Aufgaben

• Shopify Operations & Umsatzverantwortung: You'll be responsible for the ongoing operation of our Shopify store: shop maintenance, product listings, shipping zones, shipping rates, customs calculation, checkout, payment methods, data protection, and technical cleanliness of the entire system.
• Conversion & Performance Optimierung (CRO): You'll analyze our shop and relevant competitors, identify conversion barriers, design A/B tests, coordinate their implementation with developers, and evaluate results carefully. Page speed, UX, and funnel logic are central levers of your work.
• Sales-, Launch- & Sortimentssteuerung: You'll plan and manage product launches, sales promotions, and sortiment steering – from preparation to implementation to evaluation and continuous optimization. Cross-sells and product recommendations will be developed data-driven.
• Content- & Visual-Exzellenz: You'll question image worlds and content critically, brief the content production, coordinate updates, and ensure that every visual and content detail meets the brand standard.
• Tracking & technische Weiterentwicklung: You'll work actively with tools like Google Tag Manager, analysis, and testing tools, and ensure that all relevant data is captured and usable.
• Qualitätsanspruch & Ownership: From pixel to product title – you'll ensure that our shop technically, visually, and content-wise continues to improve and contributes measurably to company growth.

Qualifikation

• Starkes E-Commerce- & Shopify-Verständnis: You have practical experience with Shopify or comparable shop systems and understand the relationships between product pages, collections, checkout, payment methods, and shop logic. Minor adjustments with HTML/CSS are no problem for you or you'll quickly learn.
• Praxis im Online-Handel oder digitalen Projekten: Whether through professional experience, training, study, or personal projects – you've already worked with e-commerce, digital products, or websites and know how to structure a shop and further develop it.
• Strukturierte & eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise: You work organized, prioritize carefully, and keep an overview even when dealing with parallel launches, tests, and deadlines. You take responsibility and drive topics forward independently.
• Analytisches & datengetriebenes Denken: You can interpret sales figures, user behavior, conversion data, and test results and derive concrete optimizations from them. KPIs are a central steering instrument for you.
• Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit: You work closely with marketing, content, design, and development teams and communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and connectively – even when multiple stakeholders are involved.
• Hoher Qualitäts- & Detailanspruch: You have a good eye for layout, text, and image language and ensure that the shop meets the brand standard in every detail – technically and visually.
• Sicher im Umgang mit Tools & Technik: You work comfortably with Excel/Google Sheets, have no fear of tracking setups and technical tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, analysis, and testing tools), and quickly learn new systems.
• Gute Sprachkenntnisse: You speak and write very good German and English.
