E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our e-commerce activities. Your tasks will include developing product ranges for our various online shops, steering and selecting suppliers, close cooperation with our internal online marketing agency to maintain and optimize the online shop and develop and implement targeted online marketing measures, as well as analyzing sales and user data to optimize the customer journey. You will work closely with teams for marketing/sales, logistics, and IT to ensure seamless processes and maximize revenue potential.

This full-time position is hybrid, with the company's locations in the regions of Hannover-Braunschweig-Göttingen-Wolfsburg, Ostwestfalen and Magdeburg, and most work can be done from home.

Aufgaben

As E-Commerce Manager at Sattler Group GmbH, you will be responsible for:

Qualifikation

• Analytical skills: You bring advanced analytical skills to effectively evaluate data and make data-based decisions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills are required to work with internal and external stakeholders in a goal-oriented manner.
• Sales: Experience in the sales field is an advantage, particularly in developing strategies to increase sales figures. Support from our internal agency
• E-Commerce and Marketing: Funded knowledge of E-Commerce and a good understanding of digital marketing strategies are essential.
• A high degree of self-initiative, team spirit, and affinity for digital trends will be expected. Optional: relevant university degree and experience with E-Commerce platforms like Shopify, Pimcore, Tradebyte or similar systems, as well as conversational English skills.
