As an E-Commerce Manager, you will take responsibility for our digital stores - our online shop and our Amazon presence. You ensure that our customers have a smooth shopping experience and continuously develop our shop through data-driven optimizations and strong content.

Tasks

Your tasks with us:

• You take Ownership of our online shop and, in the long term, also for our presence on online marketplaces like Amazon and continuously develop them
• You ensure that all shop content, promotions and product information are up-to-date, consistent and error-free
• You plan, coordinate and implement product launches, marketing campaigns and new functions in the shop independently
• You develop, prioritize and implement measures to improve conversion rate and user experience, e.g. through A/B tests, adjustments to landing pages or new content elements
• You analyze relevant shop and performance metrics and derive concrete optimization approaches from them
• You work closely with Marketing, the Product Team and, occasionally, external partners to ensure that all E-Commerce initiatives are coordinated
• You keep an eye on the fact that shop functions, tracking and technical interfaces function reliably and fix problems early on
• You actively follow trends around E-Commerce, CRO, AI, automation and MarTech and examine how we can use them sensibly at Oatsome

Qualification

And now to you:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketing or in the management of online shops - ideally in the D2C or Shopify environment?
• You have a good understanding of what convinces customers in the online shop and the ambition to continuously improve the shopping experience?
• You think analytically, have a strong affinity for numbers and naturally use data to identify optimization potential and make sound decisions?
• You have a high tech affinity and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools, apps or systems?
• You are strong in communication, enjoy working cross-functionally with different teams and know how to combine different perspectives to develop the best solution together?
• You work in a structured, self-responsible manner and with a clear ownership mindset?
• You love to drive change, further develop processes and actively shape your environment?
• You communicate bindingly and confidently in German (C1) and have good English skills?
• You want to visit our Frankfurt office regularly to brainstorm ideas & drive projects with the team?
