E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

For over 25 years, we've been all about therapy, rehabilitation, sports, and movement. Our products are used in practices, clinics, and clubs and are sold through our distribution partners in more than 50 countries, as well as through our online shops and Amazon.

And we have big plans online. Developing our shops further, expanding marketplaces, improving processes, and making our products more visible.

For this, we are looking for someone who takes responsibility, thinks entrepreneurially, and drives our online business forward with their own ideas.

And because flexibility is important to us: You decide whether you want to work 36 hours over four days or 40 hours over five days.

What you can achieve with us

• Online Shops: Managing and further developing our Shopware 6 shops and coordinating external service providers.
• Marketplaces: Expanding Amazon and other platforms, optimizing product listings, and developing new sales potentials.
• Systems and Processes: Better linking Shopware, Xentral, and sales channels, and optimizing product data.
• Online Visibility: Strategically developing SEO, product descriptions, guides, and image material.
• Profitability: Analyzing sales, contribution margins, and profitability, and deriving concrete measures from them.
• Initiative: Contributing ideas, independently driving projects, and actively shaping our online business.

What you bring with you

• You have several years of experience in e-commerce, ideally with Shopware 6, ERP systems, and Amazon Seller Central.
• You understand technical contexts, think entrepreneurially, and recognize where processes and results can be improved.
• AI tools are part of your daily work. You use them strategically to solve tasks more efficiently and achieve better results.
• You don't have to be a master of every system. It's more important to us that you take responsibility, develop solutions independently, and also implement your ideas.
