E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d)

The ecowindow Group was founded in 2022 with a clear vision: We are digitizing the market for windows and building elements through technological precision and excellent user guidance. With our daughter brand fenstermaxx24, we have laid the foundation here in e-commerce – now we are looking for a strategic head who will not only manage the operational business but also massively scale it.

We are not looking for a classic shop administrator, but an entrepreneurial thinking E-Commerce Manager who has already successfully led online shops. In this key position, you will take control of the essential commercial levers: From strategic pricing to UX optimization of complex configurators and ensuring performance efficiency in the digital value chain. You act as a link between product strategy and market appearance, analyze data-based customer journeys and lead concrete measures for growth.

Aufgaben

P&L-Verantwortung & Wachstum: You manage the economic development of fenstermaxx24. Your main goal is to significantly increase transaction volumes through optimizing all e-commerce processes.

Pricing & Sortimentsstrategie: You monitor competition and control the pricing strategy in the shop. You decide data-based on price adjustments, discount actions, and introducing new product variants in the configurator.

Design & Funktionalität (Product Ownership): You define the roadmap for the shop frontend and backend. You determine which new features (e.g., improved configurators, new payment methods) will be implemented to continuously increase conversion rates and usability.

Koordination der Marketing-Prozesse: You are the central interface to performance marketing. You coordinate budgets and campaigns (SEA, Social Ads, SEO) and ensure that traffic is qualitatively high-value and marketing efficiency (ROAS/CAC) matches.

Prozess-Automatisierung: You optimize workflows between shop, ERP system, and production to ensure a smooth order processing and maximum transparency for the customer.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce, ideally in the field of complex products or the crafts sector.

Expertise: In-depth knowledge of common shop systems (e.g., Woocommerce or Plenty) as well as web analytics tools

Analytik: Outstanding numerical understanding and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Arbeitsweise: You act entrepreneurially, structured, and result-oriented. You bring the necessary sovereignty with you to lead projects independently to success.

Sprachen: Fluent German and English.
