To strengthen our team, we are looking for an E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) who will operate our online shops for building, renovation, equipping, and modernizing, strategically develop them, and reliably drive digital projects forward.

We have been active in e-commerce for over 10 years and sell more than 60,000 products around building, renovation, equipping, and modernizing through our 8 online shops nationwide and across Europe. Our company group is growing continuously. For this, we are looking for a person who takes responsibility, thinks ahead, and has fun shaping our e-commerce structures actively.

Aufgaben

• You manage and optimize our existing online shops and develop them together with our team.
• You work on various E-Commerce projects, from product presentation to product data, technical, and process-related improvements.
• You maintain and structure product data in our ERP system, in our shops, and on relevant marketplaces.
• You analyze competitors, prices, trends, and benchmarks and lead concrete measures from them.
• You support the planning and implementation of online marketing campaigns.
• You work closely with procurement, online marketing, IT, product management, and external service providers.
• You recognize optimization potential in shop processes, product data, user guidance, automations, and interfaces.
• You support projects with manufacturers, suppliers, and marketplaces.
• Depending on experience, you also bring yourself into technical topics, such as Shopware 6, interfaces, data exports, automations, small adjustments, KI-based workflows or process optimizations.

Qualifikation

• You have experience in E-Commerce, online retail, shop management, product data management, or a comparable digital environment.
• Motivated newcomers with high learning readiness and technical understanding are also welcome.
• You work safely with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Shopware 6 is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of working with marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Programming knowledge or technical understanding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PHP, interfaces, data feeds, or automation tools is an advantage.
• Experience with KI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar applications is an advantage.
• You work independently, reliably, and structuredly.
• You have a good understanding of numbers, data, processes, and digital sales floors.
• You are proficient in very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Experience with products from the areas of renovation, building, equipping, or pet care is helpful but not a requirement.
