E-commerce Manager / Growth Partner

Location: Târgu Mureș (On-site)

What you will do:

• You will take over, coordinate, and develop the current online store team.
• You will manage budgets (P&L), audit costs (operational, marketing, logistics), and implement efficiency solutions.
• You will set up and execute practical strategies for relaunching sales and increasing the conversion rate.

• A fixed base salary (correlated with the current relaunch stage of the project).
• A generous and transparent Profit-Sharing system (percentage of profit).
