To support our further growth, we are looking for an engaged E-Commerce Manager (all genders). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strategically developing our Shopify stores as well as opening up and maintaining new marketplaces and social commerce channels like Amazon and TikTok.

Aufgaben

Your role:

• Store Management & Development: You will set up new Shopify stores as well as manage, maintain, and continuously expand our existing dynamic store landscape.
• Frontend & Technical Optimization: You will work creatively in the Shopify frontend with various themes, implement user-defined liquids, and bind new apps independently.
• Product & Catalog Management: You will set up new products and structured product catalogs and ensure correct linking of meta fields, attributes, and all relevant product safety features.
• Omnichannel & Administration: You will be responsible for the technical connection of new sales channels and ensure error-free maintenance of store settings, rights texts (AGB, data protection, etc.), links, and policies.
• Team-Overlapping Cooperation: You will work hand in hand and in close coordination with our partner management team, support team, product development, and sourcing. Complex API topics and deep technical connections you will set together with our in-house developer.
• Optional - Sourcing & Quality Management: If you have corresponding interest and experience, a small part of your working time can flow into our sourcing processes. Here, you will support the import of products as well as the examination of certificates and compliance with our quality management.

Qualification

What you should bring:

• Familiarity with Shopify: You are familiar with the operational operation of Shopify in- and outwards. Deep dives into theme settings, frontend structures, setting up rights texts, clean linking, and working with meta fields are routine for you.
• Technical Affinity & Digital Skills: A secure and smart handling of modern K.I.-tools to optimize your workflows efficiently.
• Basic Code Understanding, especially in the handling of user-defined snippets, HTML, and basic knowledge of CSS.
• Workstyle & Mindset:
• A high degree of self-reliance, reliability, and well-organized work habits.
• A structured, independent working style paired with a genuine drive to learn new things and proactively acquire knowledge.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and a great deal of willingness to learn.
• Communication & Language: Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbally and written, for smooth coordination with the team and partners.

This would be a strong plus (Nice-to-have):

• Amazon Expertise: First experience with Amazon, including guidelines, rules, and compliance requirements, as well as knowledge of connections and product listings.
• Social Commerce & Marketplaces: Practical experience with the TikTok Shop as a marketplace, and optionally first touchpoints with other marketplaces (e.g. Media Markt, Otto, Kaufland).
