A company that is passionate about e-commerce, we are seeking an E-Commerce Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales growth, improving customer experience, and optimizing the overall performance of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, market analysis, and digital marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies that align with business objectives; • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform e-commerce decisions; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates; • Managing and optimizing the e-commerce platform, including product information management, order management, and payment processing; • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and omnichannel retailing.
