As E-Commerce Junior Content Manager (d/w/m) you have the chance to become part of our dynamic and multicultural team.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and ensuring the quality of our product data in close coordination with our procurement and suppliers.
• You ensure a consistent and error-free representation of our products in shop, marketplaces, and other sales channels.
• The creation and optimization of product texts, attributes, technical data, documents, as well as SEO-relevant content are part of your daily tasks.
• You continuously monitor the data quality and product presentation of competitors and identify optimization potential in existing product data.
• You support the introduction of new products and ensure a structured and timely article arrangement.
• You analyze content performance and lead measures for conversion optimization.
• You bring your own ideas to improve processes in the area of product data management and content creation.

Qualifikation

• Qualification: Completed commercial or technical education or a similar qualification.
• Data & Content Affinity: Enjoy structured work with data and have good language skills for target-group-oriented product texts.
• Sorgfalt & Qualitätsbewusstsein: High accuracy and an understanding of data quality and consistency.
• Excel-Kenntnisse: Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, especially in handling large data sets, SVERWEIS/XVERWEIS, complex formulas, and basic data analysis.
• Erste Erfahrung: Ideally first experiences in the area of E-Commerce, product data management, content management or online shop systems (e.g. Shopware, Shopify, JTL, PIM, ERP, CMS) - however not a must.
• Analytisches Denken: Understanding of connections between product data, visibility, and conversion.
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikation: Communicative personality with positive aura, who likes to work in a team.
• Belastbarkeit und Eigenverantwortlichkeit: High resilience and self-responsibility, initiative, and engagement are expected.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, further language skills (especially French and Italian) are an advantage.
