- Product Management:
- Assist in uploading and managing product listings on Artarium’s e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure high-quality product descriptions, images, and specifications are displayed.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Support the coordination of order processing, packaging, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
- Develop content for product launches, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Customer Interaction:
- Provide support for customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
- Collect feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements for website user experience.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the e-commerce space.
- Identify opportunities to feature new, creative, and trending products.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and a passion for art and creative products.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or others is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
