  1. Product Management:
  • Assist in uploading and managing product listings on Artarium’s e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality product descriptions, images, and specifications are displayed.
  1. Order Fulfillment:
  • Support the coordination of order processing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  1. Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
  • Develop content for product launches, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Provide support for customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
  • Collect feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  1. Analytics & Optimization:
  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements for website user experience.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the e-commerce space.
  • Identify opportunities to feature new, creative, and trending products.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and a passion for art and creative products.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or others is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
